K. Ancrum is a Lambda Literary award-winning, National Book Award-nominated author of Young Adult parables and thrillers. Our senior library assistant, Gen Dietzel, was thrilled to interview Ancrum ahead of her September 2026 release, Adam, Mine.

Contemporary LGBTQ+ romance and staff-favorite author, Alison Cochrun, answers some of Gen Dietzel’s questions about romance, writing, and mental health.

Star Shipped is an exemplary contemporary romance by staff-favorite author Cat Sebastian. We recommend it to anyone who enjoyed the tension and rapport in Heated Rivalry by Rachel Reid.
